That depends on what you're getting done! Check out the service descriptions when you're booking and you'll see approximate times listed. Some things are quick, some are an investment in the chair. Plan accordingly and don't book yourself tight after, okay?
NO. And I cannot stress this enough. Come with your hair DIRTY. Do not wash it. Do not "just rinse it real quick." This is a full service salon, which means we handle everything from shampoo to style. Show up, sit down, and let me do my thing.
Both! Hair is available upon request, and you're also welcome to bring your own. If you're not sure what to buy or where to shop, just reach out and I'll point you in the right direction. No guesswork necessary.
Absolutely, and I love when you do! BUT here's the thing: send it over before your appointment. Don't show up to the chair and start scrolling Pinterest on me. Let's get on the same page ahead of time so we can make magic happen.
All bookings require a $20 deposit to secure your spot, which can be paid at the time of booking or by e-transfer. If you need to cancel, I need at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Life happens, I get it, but my time is valuable too. Let's respect each other's schedules!
Visa, Mastercard, debit, e-transfer, and good old-fashioned cash. Basically, if it's money, I'll take it.
Only if you're booking a colour appointment, or sometimes for extensions if it's your first time. Not sure if you need one? Just shoot me an email and ask. Better to check than to guess.
This is a home-based salon, so no, friends and family can't hang out during your appointment. If someone is dropping you off or picking you up, that's totally fine! And of course, for kids' appointments, a guardian needs to be present. But otherwise, this is your solo pamper time. Enjoy it.
Instagram DMs or text are your fastest bet. I'm on my phone, I'll see it. Emails are welcome too, but give me up to 24 hours to get back to you. For anything urgent, slide into the DMs.
